software is really simple to use. Our software has
been designed to make learning process very natural ( in fact more easy
and effective than conventional method of teaching ). It allows the
student and the teacher to have :
Verbal
Communication: The audio
feature allows the users to talk normally to each other using a speaker
and a microphone ( use of headphones with mike further improves the ease
of use )
Visual
and Textual Communication: The inbuilt Whiteboard feature of
this software allows the student and the maths tutor to write or draw naturally as one does on a sheet of paper.
Well if
you are wondering what Whiteboard is, it is simply a white screen that
is mutually shared by the student and his math online tutor. Whatever
the math tutor writes at his end can be seen by the student from his and
vice versa. To write on it a student
can use his own handwriting by moving the mouse ( a pen mouse with a
tablet can make the writing process even more natural ). He can also type
in the text. Indeed it is quite a fun to use and children love to fiddle
with it.

Is there any condition attached to the Free Trial Class ?
No. There is no condition or compulsion attached
to the free trial class. It is absolutely free of cost. The purpose
behind it is to make you experience for yourself, at no risk
involved the magic of Glad2teach .

How will the parents / guardians be able to keep track of their
child's progress ?
We would
send regular progress reports of the student to his parents /
guardian by email . We also
love to receive any feedback or suggestion from the parents / guardians
to help us provide even better service.
5. How can I buy more
Teaching Hrs after the first free trial class ?
Parents / Guardians can buy either
StudyPack I for Rs 200/- or StudyPack II for Rs 1800/- . See

6. Do I have to pay
something extra for Chat Software download or its use ?
No. The chat Software is free to Download and
use.
7. Will
the Syllabus be same as that in my school ?
After making the student
understand the theory and the concept of a topic we try to adhere to
the questions in the Textbook prescribed by his school. The idea is
to give him a streamlined knowledge in a systematic manner and not a
scattered one.
Though from time
to time we do give him our own compilation of important questions to
give him an edge in Exams. We provide only useful and relevant
knowledge to the student that helps him master his School Syllabus
and excel in his Maths Exam.
8. How
would the class be scheduled and carried out ?
Once you
have setup our Chat Software on
your computer ( see HOW IT WORKS page for more details ) just
send us an email saying that you are Ready Now. We will then
schedule a class at a convenient time for you. Make sure you remain online at that time and the teacher will
initiate the session .
Once the student has
enrolled, the class will be scheduled on a regular basis ( 3
Days a week ) at the convenient time you choose.
9. Do I have to pay the call charges for using the audio feature ?
No, as the
software is based on VoIP technology which allows free
computer to computer calls ( i.e. Voice Chat ). Even if you are
using telephone line based dial-up connection then also you pay for
only Internet usage.
10. Can I use a different computer to log in from a
different location ?
Yes you can. Since your
account info is maintained on the server and not on any specific
computer you use, therefore you can login from anywhere.
